Pool financing

Pool financing through Lyon Financial

A new pool is a large purchase, and many Alabama families would rather spread it out than write one check. Mr. Pool works with Lyon Financial, a pool-specific lender since 1979. Lyon's pool loans are unsecured, with no equity or appraisal required.

Everything on this page about rates, amounts and terms is what Lyon advertises. It is not a quote, an approval or a rate offer. Lyon decides those for each borrower, and Lyon's own people can answer detailed questions about the loan.

Lyon advertises loans of

Up to

$200,000

Terms up to

30 years

Both figures are the top of what Lyon advertises, not what any one buyer will be offered. Rates are described as low and fixed.

How a loan fits a Mr. Pool build

Mr. Pool publishes a standard package: walls and a concrete footing, a concrete bottom, cantilever coping, a ladder and handrail, an energy-efficient pump, a concrete deck, balanced chemicals, training at our own Mr. Pool school and a one-year warranty on construction. Because the package is written down, you know what you are asking a lender to cover before the paperwork starts.

We do not publish prices. Every new pool starts with a free consultation, where we talk through the design, the yard and the timeline, which runs from a few weeks to a few months. Ask us about Lyon when you come in for that consultation.

Our own crews build each phase, from excavation to the safety fence, so the pool you finance is the pool we stand behind. See what is in the build on the new pool construction page or read the answers to common questions.
