Weekly Pool Cleaning

A set weekly visit that nets, brushes, vacuums and balances your pool, run by the Montgomery crews who also build and repair pools.

What one skipped week does to an Alabama pool

Alabama weather works on a pool every day: leaves and pollen on the surface, storm debris in the deep end, heat that feeds algae the moment the chemistry slips. A pool that looked fine on Friday can be cloudy by the next weekend.

A weekly plan keeps that from building up. The wall brush and the vacuum take care of what the water has not yet turned into a stain, and the chemical check catches a drift before it becomes a green pool.

The weekly visit, from the water to the pad

Each visit runs the same nine steps: net the top of the water, brush the walls, vacuum the pool, empty the pump and skimmer baskets, backwash the filter, inspect the pool equipment, blow the deck off, check the chemicals and balance them. The full list is laid out below.

Chemicals are an extra charge. We stock chlorine, pH balancers, alkalinity, shock, algaecides, clarifiers and test kits. New pool packages include 10 percent off all chemicals.

A last-minute party and the towns we cover

Ask for an Emergency Clean when guests are coming and the pool is not ready. It is built for exactly that call: short notice, a pool that needs to be swimmable.

Weekly cleaning runs in Montgomery, Tuscaloosa, Dothan, Enterprise and Auburn/Opelika. Call (334) 271-7665 in Montgomery or (205) 534-3520 in Tuscaloosa and we will set up your route.

"I have been a customer of Mr. Pool for about 10 years. Their service is reliable and always completed in a timely manner." Bobbie Woodard, from mrpoolal.com
